Terms to subscriptions additional to our Terms and conditions.
- As with most things this is a new venture in our business and we may look to change this offer after 12 months and will notify any subscribers at the time of change. This will only effect new customers.
- Subscribing with us you will be agreeing to 12 monthly payments of the option requested.
- Subscriptions can be increased with the amount adjusted for the rest of the term remaining and will be higher than advertised for the remaining months.
- Once subscribed the amount will not change for the 12 months agreed. If you wish to continue the price is fixed for 5 years. Any change should it happen would need to be agreed on a new direct debit and we can not change this with out consent.
- The price shown is inclusive of VAT, should the VAT rate change the price will have to be adjusted to the new rate which is something that would be out of our control.
- We are a small family business with the vision to expand, we do take holidays and will do everything we can to advise subscribers of any times of unavailability.
- We have always aimed to attend any breakdown with in 24hrs but cannot guarantee this will be the case for each circumstance as this is a subscription and not an insurance product.
- The prices shown are for labour only and do not include parts that maybe required.
Due to regular customer requests we have developed a subscription service to help with flexibility of payments.
We are pleased to offer 3 alternative payment plans; Gold, Silver and Bronze:
- Bronze - £4.50 per month: Covers your annual boiler service and give a reduction on our hourly labour rate.
- Silver - £6.00 per month: Includes the annual boiler service, plus labour costs for 1 other booking (up to 4 hours of labour).
- Gold - £10.20 per month: Includes the annual boiler service, plus labour for 3 call outs (up to 4 hours of labour per visit).
With the annual subscription you will receive:
- Fixed price for up to 5 years!
- A yearly reminder that your service is due a month before.
- A digital copy of your gas certificate.
- The ability to book your service online at your convenience. (available to all customers)
